So close and yet so far away…

So close and yet so far away…Who knew that a line from the lyrics of my favorite song from childhood would turn out to be so relatable, I must say after quite many years down the road.

It may possibly be true that it is all very close just a jump away and you will capture it all and you will conquer your conquest sooner than later. The deadline for the fruition of your efforts, hard work, or luck may be approaching you on waves soon and you will just get it and do surfing on them like a champion. The tingly feeling of excitement and nervousness mixed together makes you wonder a lot. Wandering in the swirls of many thoughts. What a wonderful feeling, what a delight to be able to feel this.

Sometimes there are thoughts of things, people or aspirations that make you feel like that, it is all very close to your wishes but within the very moment you also feel the distance stretching out in your vision, maybe it is the reality dancing in front of you, getting mixed in those swirls and now you got confused, how did she creep in? Bold enough to gracefully move around. But let her dance either way, she will make her appearance, in one form or another.

But moments like these where you are feeling excited for no apparent reason are worth remembering, isn’t it? It is also a sign that positivity is here and here to stay with you and reality may not be a villain after all. She might only want some acceptance from your side, not too much nor too little. The balance between them is for you to decide.

P.S- This excitement could be the result of how I finally posted my 100th post on my blog, which I consider it to be an achievement. So hip hip Hurray for me!
